To celebrate the 7th anniversary of Ichika style nerikiri wagashi, master Junichi Mitsubori created this limited edition video tutorial of his signature wagashi, 108 types of hand-shaped nerikiri video tutorial set.

"Moon Shadow" & "Star Frost", each contains 54 designs of nerikiri along with a set of its own introductory nerikiri tools, invented by the master himself.  A set (Tsukikage) &  B set (Hoshimo), which can be purchased separately, comes with 5 different tools and each comes with a unique shape for crafting Ichika style wagashi.

Back in the days of teaching in person masterclasses, students have to borrow tools to make their wagashi.  With the right tools and this video tutorial, master Mitsubori hope you can appreciate and enjoy making nerikiri.

Junichi Mitsubori, grand master of the Kado Ichika style that he has founded traditional sweets into a refined work of art with elegant performance of creation. His work has been attracting attention in many Asian countries and for the first time as a wagashi artisan at the Salon du Chocolat 2017 in France.
