Create a variety of different leaves from fondant or gum paste with these leaf-shaped cutters, suitable for creating leaves for lilies of the valley, tulips, ivy, hydrangea, coleus, and daisies. Roll out the fondant or gum paste to the desired thickness, then cut out the leaf shape with the cutter. Use a leaf veiner or modelling tool to form veins, attach to floral wire, and use modelling tools to thin and shape the leaves into the desired shape. Colour with dusting powder.
