Use & Application
Shake well before use.
Spray a thin, even layer onto a frozen surface, maintaining a distance of 6–8 inches (15–20 cm).
Rotate the dessert continuously to achieve even coverage.
Avoid over-applying to preserve a delicate velvet finish.
Allow desserts to set for at least 4 hours before serving.
Coverage
Maximum recommended dosage: 50g (approximately 38 seconds of spray) per 1kg of product.
100ml of spray can cover approximately eight 6" round cakes (2" height) under optimal conditions.
Important Notes
Must be applied on frozen surfaces for the best effect.
