About This Product

These Italian made panettone moulds are made of pure high density, natural cellulose paper, resistant up to a temperature of 200°C.  It does not brown and do not need support from another mould for the duration of cooking.

Decorative on the exterior and grease resistant on the interior, panettone moulds feature a tiny hole in the base to prevent the cake from sweating while the cake cools.  It ensures an even heat distribution.

Mainly used to make the classic Christmas panettone or brioche.

Suitable for use in the oven, microwave and freezer.
