Use & Application
Shake well before use.
Apply a thin, even layer onto a frozen surface, maintaining a distance of 6–8 inches (15–20 cm).
Continuously rotate the dessert while spraying for even coverage.
Avoid excessive application to maintain a light velvet effect.
Allow desserts to set for at least 4 hours before serving.
Coverage
Maximum recommended dosage: 50g (approximately 38 seconds of spray) per 1kg of product.
Under optimal conditions, 100ml of spray covers approximately eight 6" round cakes (2" height).
Important Notes
Must be used on frozen surfaces for best results.
