Use & Application
Shake well before use.
Spray a thin, even layer onto a frozen surface from a distance of 6–8 inches (15–20 cm).
Continuously rotate the dessert to achieve uniform coverage.
Avoid over-applying to maintain a light and velvety texture.
Allow to set for at least 4 hours before serving.
Coverage
Maximum recommended dosage: 50g (approximately 38 seconds of spray) per 1kg of product.
One 100ml canister covers approximately eight 6" round cakes (2" height) under optimal conditions.
