Marguerite cutter by Silikomart Professional has been conceived to cut and bake puff pastry, leavened dough and shortcrust pastry directly in the mould. Marguerite guarantees a perfect baking till 180°C (356°F) thanks to T-Plus innovative material.
Marguerite is composed of 2 cutters which combined together provide an extraordinary tridimensional effect and a unique design. It is recommended to spread the dough at 2.5 mm thickness and to use it at -5°C (23°F).
